- Refund Eligibility:
A refund is only possible if, after onboarding (project start), no work or action has been taken on your project within 7-10 days. In such cases, you may request a refund, and we will initiate the process. - No Refund After Work Begins:
Once any work has started on your project after onboarding, no refunds will be issued—regardless of the total project amount or the stage of completion. This applies whether you choose to continue with us or not. - Client Responsibility:
We request all clients and customers to make a clear decision about working with us before project onboarding. Please ensure you are fully committed before proceeding, as refunds will not be considered once the project is in progress.
